  • This service is to a carrier depot only. You will be responsible to organize the shipping, handling, and loading of your order from the depot to your intended address.

  • You will be notified as soon as your order arrives at the specified depot and you will be given a specific time frame in which to pick up your order. Any storage fees or return fees that are incurred as a result of the failed pick up are your responsibility. Tailored Living Bespoke will be happy to assist you in organizing a resolution with you and our shipping/depot partners.

  • Please note: Upon receiving your order, please be sure to account for each item. You are responsible for examining all cartons and merchandise to determine if damage has occurred in transit before you accept the shipment. If any cartons are damaged, take pictures and write on delivery receipt: "Subject to inspection" or refuse acceptance if the damage is significant.

  • All claims for shipping damages to the products/cartons must be photographed in the presence of the carrier (if applicable) and mentioned on their delivery invoice. Please take a photo of the delivery receipt and you may file a claim for shipping damages as outlined in our Return Policy Guidelines.

  • Once you have approved and signed off your order from the depot, any damages incurred between the depot and your intended address is your responsibility. Please make sure to secure, attach and organize your purchase accordingly.
  • Our partnered couriers provide standard shipping services that deliver to your doorstep only. Delivery personnel or delivery teams will not enter or drop off into your home, and will not provide any assembly services.

  • If you live in an apartment or condo building, your order will be brought into the lobby and no further. It is important to ensure that you can move and place the items in their desired location in your space, and that they can fit through doorways, elevators, and stairwells.

  • Please note that while we recommend that you book your condo elevator in advance to reserve that time to move your items, the delivery team is not responsible for moving any items into the elevator beyond the main lobby drop-off.

  • If you require additional delivery services, please choose from our Enhanced Delivery Services options below.

  • For inquiries of commercial delivery drop offs, please contact us for more details through our Contact Form.
  • Orders to P.O. Boxes are often available through Canada Post. In the event that we cannot ship your order to a P.O. Box, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution. Additional fees may apply.

Enhanced Delivery Services:

We understand that special delivery services may be required and are happy to provide solutions to streamline your shipping experience with Tailored Living Bespoke. If you have a large or oversized order and need extra delivery services beyond our standard courier depot pick up service, we offer several options at an additional charge. Please contact our customer service team for a quote. The available options include:

  • In the case that you cannot pick up your order from our carrier depots for your large/oversized order, we are happy to arrange for its direct delivery to curbside of your shipping address.

  • Please contact us to request a quote and arrange for this service.

  • This option is a scheduled delivery and for your own safety, it can only be delivered in the attendance by an adult or person of legal age for the duration of the delivery.

  • In the case that the delivery was missed, any charges incurred are your responsibility.

  • This option does not include moving any items into your home. Please see our Premium White Glove Service for additional services.
  • Elevate your experience with our Premium White Glove in-home delivery service that is available in most areas for an additional fee. We strive to provide the best service to our customers and will do our best to offer this service to remote or rural addresses. Additional fees may apply for remote or rural areas.

  • This service includes unpacking, assembly, and garbage removal. Keep in mind that it does not cover hanging art or installing lighting fixtures, and additional fees may apply for complex deliveries.

  • It is important for customers to measure and consider the size restrictions in their home. Please be mindful of any potential obstacles, such as stairwells, doorways, or elevations, that could affect delivery. Our delivery team is not able to remove railings, door frames, or other fixtures to accommodate a delivery. The customer is responsible for making arrangements in these cases. If an item cannot be delivered due to size or access issues, it will remain in the customer's possession and cannot be returned.

  • This service does not include the moving or removal of any old furniture, so please be sure your entryways, hallways and intended space is clean and empty.

  • This option is a scheduled delivery and for your own safety, it can only be delivered in the attendance by an adult or person of legal age for the duration of the delivery.
  • This service is scheduled within a specific time window. Any charges incurred from missed appointments are your responsibility. Should you require any changes to this delivery detail, please notify us within 48 hours prior to your scheduled time.

  • Please note that moving of some large, oversized and heavy items are not guaranteed for entry beyond the main floor only for liability reasons. Verify measurements before making a purchase, and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

  • Our local delivery representative will reach out before shipment, so ensure walkways are clear. Inspect items upon delivery for your satisfaction. We're here to make your experience hassle-free, so reach out if you need assistance!

  • Standard ground shipping typically takes 4-6 weeks. In-stock items may arrive sooner. Once your order is placed and ready to ship, you will be notified of its estimated arrival.
